PARISH VOCATION MINISTRY
Each parish should be able to organize a vocation ministry following these simple steps.
This very useful to create a group of LAY SCALABRINAINS, who will devote their prayers and time to support this important ministry.
1st vocation RETREAT – (FOR CONFIRMANDI)
EVERY YEAR each parish has a Catechetical Program in preparation to the sacrament of confirmation. This is favorable time to present to young people the choice of life for God
Helped by catechists and the Lay Scalabrinians of the Parish, this Retreat could be presented during the LENTEN SEASON in each parish.
2nd vocation retreat – (for all)
This Retreat could be offered to any young people group; it is good for discernment.
Maybe it could be offered in the month of may.
MONTHLY HOLY HOUR FOR VOCATIONS
Every Parish should have this monthly Hour of Eucharistic Adoration, organized by the LAY SCALABRINIANS but opened to the whole community.
It could also be organized in Spanish or other languages.
